Background

My background is predominantly in food manufacturing, working as a Process Technologist to take products from the development kitchen and make then work smoothly through the factory. I then took the knowledge gained here to open my own business, manufacturing and selling letterbox cakes online to deliver nationwide where I found I really enjoyed the customer service side of the business, helping customers on their journey and ensuring they are happy along the way.

Role

I recently joined ISO QSL as a Client Care Advisor and am looking forward to seeing how my past experience can feed into helping businesses improve through the use of ISO management systems, as well as learning all about new industries.

Personal

Beside having a great love of food, I enjoy traveling and discovering new places and (believe it or not…) new foods! I am a really organised person and love to arrange trips away with friends and family.  I also enjoy keeping active, whether this be running, walking or cycling. In my down time I enjoy a good book, tv series or movie, whilst having a bit of a knitting session on the side.
