Stacey Humm

Sales and Marketing Manager

My Background

In my previous life I was a Litigation Solicitor in a Worcestershire based firm of solicitors, specialising in commercial disputes particularly debt recovery. Latterly during my time with that firm, I took on a business development and marketing role dealing with the strategic and practical aspects of marketing professional services. This role involved a lot of contact with businesses of all shapes and sizes, across a number of different sectors including professional services, construction, facilities management and charities.  Crucially it helped me develop an understanding of the issues that SMEs face within their organisations.

My Role

I have been with ISO Quality Services for 8 years.  Having experience in both the Marketing and Sales teams I progressed to Sales and Marketing Manager in September 2022.

My role involves:

  • Creating and implementing the overall Sales and Marketing strategy for the business,
  • Managing the Sales and Marketing team;
  • Sitting as part of the Senior Leadership Team and guiding the strategic direction of the business with the other Senior Leaders and Directors;
  • Developing relationships with existing and prospect customers;
  • Building up relationships with other businesses with whom we have a common interest and ethos and looking at ways this can add value to our clients;
  • Attending exhibitions and networking events to increase awareness of the benefits of ISO certifications;
  • Speaking at events.

My passion however is direct customer contact.  I have experience of supporting smaller businesses who are at the very start of their ISO journey and guiding them through the maze of standards that are on offer as well as more established businesses who are looking for bespoke consultancy support and training.  In all scenarios I can offer advice as you what specific service we offer will be most suited to your needs to help you achieve your business goals.

Life Outside of ISO QSL

Outside of work, I have two young children who keep me very busy. I’ve recently taken up netball after a break of some 30 years.  I’m a keen reader, a gardener (all the gear, no idea) and love a good stomp on the Malvern Hills.
