FAQs

Provided you are compliant with the standard and have completed all relevant documentation, we can issue your certification on the same day as your GAP analysis.

This entire process can be completed within just 30 days, ensuring a quick and efficient turnaround.

Absolutely.  While we don’t provide accredited certification, the management systems are the same.  Switching to a non-accredited provider like us is often more cost-effective and flexible.

If you still require accredited certification, we can recommend trusted accredited certification providers.  Additionally, if you need extra support, we offer ISO consultancy to guide you through the accreditation process.

The cost to transfer your ISO certificate is £1,500, subject to ongoing fees and terms and conditions.

All our proposals are bespoke to your business.  This is because we need to take in to account the size of your business, the number of sites certificated and which ISO standards you wish to transfer.  To ensure that our proposal is fit for purpose, we need to speak with you to understand your requirements in more detail.  This is why we are unable to provide any quotes online.  Ultimately, this ensures that we can be transparent about our fees so there is no confusion or nasty surprises further down the line.

Yes, as long as your existing ISO certificate is still within date with your current provider, it will remain valid during the transfer process.

If you're not compliant with the standard, we will be unable to certify you at the GAP analysis.  However, we will help you develop a plan to achieve compliance within a set time frame, providing as much support as you need.  Once you've addressed the areas identified during the GAP analysis, we will return to conduct another audit.  If all requirements have been met, we'll award your certification. Â
