My Background

ISO Quality Services is where I started my career back in 2015. I initially started as a Client Relationship Business Administrator and then as an Account Manager. During this time, I have gained a good understanding of the ISO standards and general business knowledge, which has supported me in my career thus far and also meant I have been able to support the team further.

My Role

I am now the Client Care Manager for our Client Services Team, which means I look after the day-to-day management of our business associate team and client engagement and satisfaction. 

Throughout my career thus far, I have discovered I have a real passion for people, whether meeting clients’ needs with our certification, consultancy and training services or building new and existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.  As well as supporting clients, I enjoy supporting the client services and wider team, sharing the knowledge I have obtained since starting with the business. I have loved watching the team grow and will continue to do so, hopefully being an inspiration to them as a leader.

Life Outside of ISO QSL

Along with spending time and socialising with my close friends and loved ones, I have a real passion for travelling and love discovering new cities, countries and places I have never been.
