Joel is a qualified IRCA and CQI Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety, with over 22 years’ experience across manufacturing, engineering, logistics and supply chain environments.
Experience with ISO QSL
Joel brings extensive hands-on industry experience to his auditing role, having worked across electrical cable harnessing, fabrication and welding, pallet racking systems, sales and distribution operations, as well as aerospace and defense supply chains.
He supports clients with the following management systems:
- ISO 9001 Quality Management
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management
- ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety
His auditing approach combines technical understanding, practical operational experience and ISO best practice. This enables him to provide meaningful audits that not only assess compliance, but also help organisations identify opportunities to improve the way they work.
Joel works with businesses across a variety of sectors, particularly those operating in manufacturing, engineering, logistics and supply chain environments, supporting them in maintaining effective, practical and robust management systems.
Life Outside of ISO QSL
Outside of work, Joel keeps busy down in Cornwall, where he enjoys surfing and running. Much of his spare time is also spent with his three young children, taking them to various sporting and after-school activities.
