My Background
At the beginning of my career, I worked in hospitality as both a shopping assistant and a bar manager in a Worcester nightclub. From there, I went to work as a Letting Agent within student properties for a couple of years, which has now landed me here, at ISO Quality Services as a Client Care Advisor. I have always worked in customer-facing roles, in many different aspects of it, so I have a mixture of experience.
My Role
I recently joined ISO Quality Services as a Client Care Advisor, so I am still getting to know my role. I am really looking forward to getting stuck in and improving my knowledge.
Life Outside of ISO QSL
I have recently bought my first home with my partner so my free time will soon be taken up with renovations. I have a passion for interior design, currently enrolled on an Open University Degree, I am hoping to put what I learn from this into our home. Aside from that, I love all things creative. I have grown up around painting and baking, putting the free time I have into this.
