Ed began his career in the restaurant industry as a teenager and later helped introduce popular US restaurant brands to the UK. In 1998, he joined BP, spending 10 years in supply chain performance roles within its European automotive lubricants division. He subsequently worked with the NHS, British Army Recruitment through Capita, and the UK’s largest charitable care and nursing home operator before changing direction to become an ISO lead auditor and trainer.
Life Outside of ISO QSL
Originally from Newcastle, Ed now lives in the West of England. Outside work, he enjoys fine art street photography and has returned to golf after nearly 20 years, aiming to regain his single-figure handicap.
