My Background
Before stepping into the ISO QSL team, I explored various industries, including construction, the motor trade, hospitality, and beauty therapy. ISO was a completely new adventure for me. Throughout my career, I have thrived in customer-facing roles, earning the label of a “people-person.” I find immense joy in building relationships and assisting others, making my current role perfect for my passion and skills!
My Role
I first joined ISO Quality Services Ltd in February 2019, and throughout the years, my role has evolved significantly, emphasising my dedication to ensuring client satisfaction and support. My current position within the team is Senior Client Care Advisor.
My primary focus is proactively addressing client needs, offering expertise in ISO standards, and fostering a positive client experience. While I may not be a certified auditor, I endeavour to use my in-depth knowledge of the core standards to assist and guide both existing and new clients. I am proud to uphold the momentum of a client’s ISO certification journey, striving to make it as seamless and hassle-free as possible by coordinating audits, organising support meetings, providing consultancy options, and arranging training sessions.
Outside of my client-focused duties, I find joy in helping others and guiding new team members as they navigate their roles through mentoring and coaching. I also take pleasure in pitching in to support marketing by creating content. As a Senior team member, you might notice me jumping into different tasks and queries within the Client Care team, highlighting my dedication to fostering excellence and teamwork.
Life Outside of ISO QSL
I have been renovating my home for a couple of years now — it’s a full-blown remodel, which pretty much eats up most of my time (and money) when I’m not at work. At home, you’ll find me spending time with my partner and our adorable little Cavapoo, Oatie. Once the dust settles from all the renovations, I can’t wait to get back to my favourite things: exploring new cities, countries and cultures, whilst discovering delightful spots to eat and drink!
