Current Role

I  joined ISO Quality Services in June 2018 as a Business Associate to provide professional advice on Business Management Systems and Lead Assessor.

I have a few years of experience as a quality consultant within the security industry, I am a member of the Security Institute and a Lead Auditor for a UKAS Accredited Certification Body and technical adviser for INAB in Ireland.

I have been consulting with and auditing company since I left the SIA and conducting external audits with other assessing bodies. I have over 10 years’ experience working with a regulator within the security industry as a Quality Risk & Assurance Manager on the Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) and Quality Management Standards.

In addition to the above I am a highly experienced and qualified accreditation specialist with over 25 years of experience of Quality Management Standards.

Background

Over the years I have used my in-depth knowledge and skills to conduct 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd party audits. Providing professional advice and guidance on specialist areas such as SIA – Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS), Customer Service Excellence Standard (CSE), Management Standards (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 27001 Information Security) and various of British Standards codes of practice e.g. BS 7499, BS 7984-P1, BS 7960 including BS 7858, to guide, support and help businesses achieve the best.

I have a Security Institute Diploma in Security Management. I am also a Level 3 C&G 7303 PTILLS qualified trainer, qualified in Fundamentals of Risk Management (FoRM) as well as Lead Assessor for Quality Management Systems.

I have gained an in-depth knowledge of GDPR which came into force 25 May 2018. Giving me the ability to deliver consultancy to businesses to help them comply with this piece of legislation.

I maintain a strategic focus and believe in ‘Truth without Compromise’ by working effectively with clients to achieve a successful outcome by providing advice and guidance to ensure Business Management systems including relevant legalisation have been integrated and support functions have been streamlined for businesses with or without accreditation standards.

Personal

I regularly travel to Birmingham to spend time with my Mum & Sister and we enjoy travelling and experiencing the different cultures. As well as socialising with other members of my family and friends. My other interests are watching various sports e.g. tennis, football (support Liverpool) and F1. Although not qualified, I love doing my own nails & manicures including doing other peoples nails.
