Charlie Allen

I initially joined as a Sales Advisor, working closely with our Managing Director, Jennifer Appleton, to develop the New Business function. I quickly progressed into leadership and management roles, with a focus on driving performance and building strong client relationships. In 2018, I was appointed Operations Manager, a role that allows me to influence the direction of the business while ensuring our operations and client services teams consistently deliver value.

My key focus is on client success. I work behind the scenes on the strategic development of our client journey, helping ensure we offer a high-quality, personalised experience that supports organisations at every stage of their ISO certification, from initial planning and implementation through to audits and ongoing improvement. I collaborate closely with teams across the business to improve systems, develop best practices, and ensure our services not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of a wide range of ISO standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). I have also maintained and implemented these standards within our business, which gives me a sound knowledge when it comes to practical application. It also means I can understand client struggles and see things from their perspective. 

I’m passionate about problem-solving, building efficient processes, and creating alignment across the business. I believe that when everyone is working towards a shared vision, with the right structure, tools and mindset, anything is possible.
