My Background

I have spent over ten years in customer service, most notably as a Customer Service Manager in the web hosting industry. During that time, I gained hands-on experience creating websites, managing email hosting, navigating client complaints, handling upselling services and managing key accounts. I also led teams and focused on driving improvements in efficiency.

Managing KPIs and performance was a core part of my role, giving me practical insight into processes, standards and continual improvement, which align closely with ISO principles. This background gives me a solid understanding of how quality management works in practice, which I bring to my current role.

I have a light-hearted nature and believe that no problem is insurmountable, which helps me stay positive and solution-focused when working with clients.

My Role

As an Account Manager in the Client Care Department, I support clients throughout their ISO journey. I am passionate about building strong relationships and working closely with clients to help them get the most value from their management systems. My previous experience means I am well placed to understand the practical challenges businesses face and to help them improve and succeed with their certification.

Life Outside of ISO QSL

Outside work, I am a busy mum of two young children and love spending time with family and friends. We often enjoy exploring woodland trails and parks, especially when the weather is good. I am also an avid reader and cherish quiet moments with a good book whenever I can find the time.
