Background
My early career spanned operational management and specialist roles in quality, HR and leadership and management training. Subsequently I have 20 years experience as an independent consultant, trainer, coach and facilitator helping businesses to improve. The focus of my activity is supporting and enabling organisations to achieve business improvement in its widest sense. A key element of my approach is often around developing leadership capability as a key driver for culture change.
I am a highly experienced and skilled facilitator and quality professional. I am also an experienced trainer with a passion for ‘excellence’ and customer service. Designing and delivering training that is aligned to the business strategy; strategic talent development designed to meet business needs and to make a real difference is central to my approach
Personal
I enjoy travelling, especially in our motorhome around Europe and have a Jack Russell aptly named ‘Jack’ to keep me occupied in my free time at home.
