Julia’s early career began in Operational and Strategic Management, working with the Civil Service. She then used the experience gained from this to support businesses in the implementation of ISO management standards. 

Julia has gained recognition for her experiences and is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualified HR and training professional.  She is a key trainer here at ISO Quality Services, creating and delivering training on management standards.

Julia has over 20 years of experience working in various sectors such as the NHS, central Government, aerospace and education. Julia has worked for some big names such as Travelodge, Jaguar Land-Rover and E-ON.
