
My Background
Originally from Reading, I moved to Worcester at the age of 13, as my relatives were offered the chance to manage a local pub. Since then, despite other family members moving back home, I remained in the West Midlands to pursue my career and life goals, away from the hustle of the South!
Before working at ISO Quality Services Ltd, I worked within the property sector for seven years and obtained my make-up artistry qualification on the side.
One of my top values is humour. I love making people laugh as I believe humour is the best medicine. Every night before I go to sleep, I think about my day, what made me smile? What made me laugh? Despite any challenge I face, humour and laughter always bring me joy and make every day better.
My Role
I work in the Client Services Department as a Senior Client Services Account Manager. The department is focused on maintaining relationships with our existing clients. My tasks and responsibilities vary from day to day. However, what I enjoy the most is analytical work, client relationships, organisation and time management. As a team, we pull from each other’s strengths, ensuring both clients and the internal team receive the best possible service.
Life Outside of ISO QSL
I love spending time with friends and family, regularly travelling to various parts of the country to visit them. I have a keen interest in music, previously performing in pantomimes. I’ve always loved a good sing-along!
