Rhiannon Lewcock

BACKGROUND

My background is mainly based in the property sector. Starting as an apprentice at the age of 16, I remained in the property sector for eight years following the qualification in Business and Commerce that I gained through my apprenticeship. In 2016 I was awarded “Shortlisted Lettings Negotiator of the Year 2016”, top six, by the Letting Agents of The Year Awards. Originally from Reading, I moved to Worcester at the age of 13 as my relatives were offered the chance to manage a local pub. Alongside my role here at ISO Quality Services Limited,  I am also a qualified self-employed make-up artist.

I’m a really organised person and I love making people laugh. I really enjoy the customer care aspect of my role, befriending my clients and gaining their trust. Don’t just take my word for it, though, you can read our case studies to see what our clients think!

MY ROLE

I work in the Client Services Department as a Senior Client Services Account Manager. The department is focused on maintaining relationships with our existing clients. My tasks and responsibilities vary from day to day, however what I enjoy the most is analytical work, client relationships, organisation and time management. As a team we pull from each other’s strengths, ensuring that both clients and the internal team receive the best possible service.

PERSONAL

I love spending time with friends and family, regularly travelling to various parts of the country to visit them. I have a very keen interest in music, previously performing in pantomimes, I’ve always loved a good sing a long!
