Leah Horton

Client Care Advisor

My Background

Born in Worcester, I spent a few years living in Nottingham while pursuing my degree in Sport and Exercise Science at university. My early career began as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at a local rugby academy—a role I absolutely loved. However, I eventually sought a new challenge in the corporate world. This led me to the financial industry, where I gained valuable experience in client-facing roles. Throughout my career, I’ve always thrived in environments where I could work closely with people, build relationships, and help others. It’s this passion for connecting with clients and making their lives easier that ultimately brought me to ISO QSL.

My Role

As a Client Care Advisor at ISO QSL, I’m excited to be part of a team that’s committed to supporting clients through their ISO journey. I’m here to make their experience as seamless as possible, whether it’s helping them understand the ISO standards or simply ensuring they have the tools and support they need to succeed. My focus is on building long-lasting relationships with clients, assisting them with their needs, and broadening my knowledge of ISO standards along the way. Every day is a new opportunity to help our clients achieve their goals and see the value in what we do.

Life Outside of ISO QSL

When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me exploring a new corner of the world. Travel is my ultimate passion—I love experiencing new places, meeting different people, and, of course, sampling all the local food. At home, I cherish the quieter moments, spending time with friends or taking my dogs for a walk. My ideal day always includes a good coffee, a bit of fresh air, and some quality downtime with loved ones. I’m a bit of a self-proclaimed “busy bee” who always seems to have something on the calendar. My partner would tell you that I’m a little bit of a planner (maybe even an over-planner!), always convincing him to join me on one of my many weekend outings or spontaneous activities.
