My Background
Before joining ISO QSL in 2025, I worked within the financial services industry, where I gained valuable experience in client-facing roles and relationship management. Moving into the world of ISO certification was a completely new challenge for me. During my first year and a half with QSL, I worked as a Client Care Advisor, supporting clients throughout their certification journeys.
During that time, I developed a strong understanding of our services, built lasting relationships with clients and gained valuable insight into the world of ISO standards.
My Role
I now work as the Digital Marketing and Events Co-ordinator, where I can combine my knowledge of the business and passion for people with my creativity and communication skills. My role allows me to showcase ISO QSL as a brand, tell the stories behind the standards, and help make complex ISO requirements easier for businesses to understand and engage with.
Life Outside of ISO QSL
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me exploring a new corner of the world. Travel is my ultimate love, and I’m always searching for somewhere new to visit. Closer to home, I enjoy getting out for walks with my dogs and making the most of time spent with family and friends.
