Summary

Colin is our longest-serving assessor, having been with the company for nearly 20 years, and now sits on our Board as an Advisor. He is a trusted team member and manages a close relationship between the internal and external teams. Due to his extensive working career, Colin has an array of skills and knowledge that he can bring to any business table.

Experience with ISO QSL

Colin has been with ISO Quality Services since 2005 before becoming an official assessor for the business in 2006. Since being with us, Colin has gained experience by implementing and auditing the following ISO standards:

Colin has extensive experience working with an array of businesses in both his current and previous roles, where he worked as a Business Banking Manager at Lloyds Bank for ten years. He is well accustomed to providing support and ensuring the needs of businesses are met.

Background

Over his 40 years at Lloyds Bank, Colin’s roles and responsibilities were wide and varied before spending his last ten years working within the SME market as a Business Banking Manager. During his career, Colin’s responsibilities included coaching and mentoring graduate entrants and the management and delivery of the overall branch training needs. In addition, Colin was also a panel speaker with the Banking Information Service, where he delivered talks to schools to enhance financial knowledge and awareness to pupils. The skills he gained from these varied roles have been invaluable during his time at ISO Quality Services.

During his extensive career, Colin gained a great deal of experience that he has been able to bring to the team today. As our most senior assessor, he delivers induction programmes to new assessors and is our Head Trainer, having devised most of our training material for our ISO training courses.
