My Background
I moved to the UK 20 years ago with the intention of staying just a year to learn English, but life had other plans! I went on to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Italian at Bangor University in North Wales. Speaking multiple languages has given me a richer understanding of diverse cultures, which I truly value. My career background is varied and includes roles in SEN teaching, catering, industrial work, and customer service.
My Role
I’ve recently joined the Client Services Team as a Client Care Advisor, and I’m excited to support our clients throughout their ISO journey while deepening my knowledge of the standards. I also enjoy finding new ways to improve processes and make things more efficient.
Life Outside of ISO QSL
In my free time, I love being with my family—whether we’re exploring woodland trails or visiting beautiful National Trust sites. I also enjoy baking, swimming, and finding opportunities to use my language skills whenever I can!
