This, along with his extensive career as a Management Systems Lead Assessor & Implementation Project Manager, means Kieran can provide businesses with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. In addition, Kieran has designed and delivered Personal and Professional Development courses accredited to FETAC Level 6 (Diploma).

Kieran has over 30 years of experience as a Lead Assessor and specialises in the below ISO Standards:

During his previous roles, Kieran completed several training courses and conferences on Quality Management, Business Process Engineering, Change Management and presentation and Training skills to gain further understanding. In addition, Kieran also completed a 2-year Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety with the University College Dublin (UCD) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Quality Management at the University of Limerick (UL).

Kieran has also been involved in a Professional Development Programme as a Group Facilitator and lecturer for UCD for several years, as well as designing and implementing Health and Safety Management Systems and conducting Safety Audits.

Background

After leaving school, Kieran took the opportunity to work in the Department of Post & Telegraphs, where he developed an interest in Occupational Health and Safety. After being appointed a Staff Safety Representative, Kieran completed a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety in 1994 at UCD. Following a promotion to Middle Management, Kieran was responsible for implementing Total Quality Management Training, including ISO 9001, in several different business areas, and processes including Logistics Product Development, Call Centres Network Planning and Technical Operations.

Kieran is a keen Kite Flier and can be found on nearby Bray Beach on windy days!
