Jam gained more than 30 years of experience with the gravitas of successfully executing the practical aspects of auditing and improving management systems within organisations of all sizes in the UK, North & Central America, Europe, and Japan. His previous roles have included Business Systems & Compliance Director, Director of Information Architecture and QSHE Compliance Manager.  Through these roles he has gained extensive knowledge in IT systems, business System analysis, compliance Auditing, lean Manufacturing, and business Operations that span a wide and diverse range of sectors.

In his spare time, Keith has a genuine passion for all forms of exercise, fitness, and healthy nutrition. He enjoys coaching & mentoring worldwide clients to achieve their optimum goals by empowering them mentally and physically to accomplish lifestyle behaviour changes to achieve the body, strength and fitness they desire.
