Well, three months into my apprenticeship and the time has flown by, I feel as if I have been here for a lot longer than I actually have!

I am settling in so well and I am getting to know everybody in the office. Everybody makes me feel so welcomed and I enjoy coming into work!

As an Apprentice my tasks are diverse; I already have responsibilities and projects which I am really enjoying completing!

Ross and I are the new crop of apprentices, with Ross working with the finance team and me working in the marketing team; it’s a mixed bag of works for us new apprentices!

I have already been involved in a range of things such as helping setting up events and then just my general day to day jobs; updating social media and sending emails. I have recently attended external training courses which have already helped me to progress in my job!

By having previous people in the office who have been in apprenticeships, it makes you feel as if you’re not the only person who has been in this position in the office.

Also, as Ross is in an apprenticeship too I’m not the only ‘new’ person! We both look forward to getting stuck in and the new challenges coming up this year for us!
