The ISO QSL Good Egg Awards returned for its seventh year to support Worcester Foodbank, receiving an outstanding 160 nominations, surpassing all previous records.

First launched in 2018, the Good Egg Awards aim to recognise exceptional individuals who consistently demonstrate outstanding dedication and service. Statistics show that over 80% of employees thrive when appreciated. Recognition often gives people the boost needed to push their limits further, and when your team feels you notice their contributions, they’re more likely to exceed expectations.

Businesses could nominate their employees and colleagues in one of the five categories: Environmental, Passion, Delivery, Supporting or Quality Egg. Following the awards ceremony on 20th March, we are pleased to unveil the winners:

Quality Egg: Maisy Gillard from Hewett Recruitment

Environmental Egg: Matthew Bryan from GL Electrical

Passion Egg: Liliana Hidasi from SPE Ltd

Delivery Egg: Samantha Cresswell from First Fence Ltd

Support Egg: Megan Thornley from Indiespring

We are also pleased to announce that the overall Good Egg of 2024 is Megan Thornley!

Congratulations, and well done to all the winners, finalists and nominees who received recognition for their outstanding contributions.

In the spirit of giving back, for each nomination received, we have donated an Easter Egg to the Worcester Foodbank. 160 chocolate Easter Eggs were distributed to families throughout the city this Easter.

Grahame Lucas, manager of the Worcester Foodbank, comments: ‘As the cost-of-living crisis continues to affect families in our city, it is vital that we put smiles on children’s faces this Easter. Donations from companies and organisations such as ISO Quality Services enable us to do that.’

Congratulations once again to the category winners!

ISO Quality Services Ltd are proud to specialise in the implementation and certification of the Internationally recognised ISO and BS EN Management Standards.
