Good Egg Awards returns for the 7th year
It’s that time of the year again – an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work of your colleagues through our Good Egg Awards.
What are the Good Egg Awards?
Over 80% of employees thrive when they feel appreciated. Recognition makes people feel that the effort they put in is worthwhile, it’s an instant morale and confidence boost, helps people believe they are doing a good job, and more. Happy employees = productive employees. Recognising and appreciating your employees can be done in various ways, from thank you cards and treats to formal recognition and gift cards. Or…. Through our Good Egg Awards!
First launched in 2018 the Good Egg Awards quickly became one of the most anticipated annual campaigns. And no wonder why! Everybody loves receiving recognition for the job that they do. What are the categories? – we hear you ask.
Categories this year are:
- Environmental Egg – someone who promotes sustainability, recycling, and educates the team on the importance of environmental conservation.
- Deliver Egg – someone who goes above and beyond to get the job done, and consistently puts in the effort to achieve goals.
- Passion Egg – someone who is enthusiastic, positive, and encouraging. Dives into things headfirst, with lots of energy.
- Support Egg – someone who is there to listen and support you, shares their expertise, has an open and welcoming attitude.
- Quality Egg – someone who pays attention to detail, promotes continuous improvement, addresses any issues and challenges.
It only takes a couple of minutes to nominate someone for the egg-cellent work they’ve done and by doing so, they will receive a certificate and be in for a chance to win an Easter chocolate hamper. Not only that but for every nomination received, we will also donate an Easter Egg to Worcester Foodbank for their service users.

Nominations close at 4pm on Wednesday 6th March. The winner will be announced in our Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 20th March at 1pm where nominees and nominators will be invited to join us in celebrating the Good Eggs.
