Take Stacey for example. In her previous life, she worked as a Litigation Solicitor at a well-known Worcestershire firm before moving into a business development and marketing role. During this time, she developed a good understanding of the issues that SMEs face within their organisations.
This experience made her the perfect candidate when a position came available in our marketing department in 2017 and Headturner recognised this. After joining the team, Stacey later moved into sales as our Business Development Specialist where she’s strengthened her knowledge further, working with an array of businesses from all over the world.
Today, Stacey is embarking on a new journey within the Leadership Team as our Sales and Marketing Manager. Her vast experience will not only drive the business forward but enable her to strengthen the existing skills within the team so they can flourish too.

As well as Stacey, Headturner also referred long-term employees, Rhiannon Lewcock in 2017 and Jodie Purser in 2018. Rhiannon was promoted to Senior Client Care Advisor in 2019 and now mentors our other Client Care Advisors. We’re also supporting Jodie with her Digital Marketing Degree that she started through an apprenticeship in 2020 which will bring new skills to our marketing team.
