Successful day at ISO Quality Services Annual Conference

Wednesday 15th March saw the annual ISO Quality Services Company Conference.

Held at Worcester County Cricket Club, the conference was attended by staff members, subcontractors and suppliers, all with a keen interest in the activities and achievements of the business over the past year and what is yet to come in the future.

The presentation was delivered with multiple speakers detailing the outcomes of the past year in each department and what the aims are for the future. The conference also introduced new members of both the office and subcontractor teams and explained the roles that they will take in the company. There was opportunity for some networking before the presentation and during breaks for newcomers to get to know the full team. The day was also filled with activities to receive necessary feedback from everyone who attended.

By holding an annual company conference, it gives everyone with an interest in the business the opportunity to be updated with the latest developments and celebrate the achievements over the past year. The day made sure that everyone was up to date with the activities of the company and could learn about what is to come in the future.

Our newest member of the team, Client Services Advisor, Kate George attended the conference and said:

“As a new employee it was a fantastic informative conference and has certainly given me clarity of what the company has done in the past year and the direction for the next year. Everyone who was involved in speaking was captivating, engaging and energising. This truly is a fantastic company and I am pleased to be a part of it!”

It was at the conference that it was also announced that Debbie Farr would be moving forward from her role as Training Co-ordinator to Director of Training. You can read about Debbie’s progression here.
