Intelligent Voice have recently certificated to the ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Standards. Hear from our Senior Lead Assessor, Rick Allard, on how this can help the firm shape future services and safeguard their information.
I have recently certificated Intelligent Voice to ISO 9001, the Quality Management Standard, and ISO 27001, the Information Security Management Standard. The introduction of these two standards is indicative of the professional and proactive attitude held by the firm which is a global leader in proactive compliance and eDiscovery technology solutions for voice, video and other media.
Intelligent Voice recognises that it has a responsibility to safeguard information relating to its clients which include government agencies, banks and insurers. By embedding ISO 27001 into its operations, it has taken steps to ensure all staff are aware of this responsibility and take ownership for the security of both data and systems.
The implementation of ISO 9001 indicates that the company is customer-centric. Not only will the firm regularly seek customer feedback but it has made a commitment to act upon the information it receives, using it to shape future services.
I have every confidence in the team’s commitment, enthusiasm and ability to move their management systems forward. Andrew Burns and Jess Harvey, in particular, should be commended for their can-do attitude which made the certification audit a pleasure.
The next six months will be key as processes become embedded in readiness for the first internal audit.
