Quality Manager Training Day 25th May 2011

ISO Quality Services Ltd held our first Quality Manager Training Day on Wednesday 25th May 2011 in both Cheltenham and Manchester. These courses were held by our Lead Assessors and provided guidance on:

Principles and elements of ISO 9001
Role of the Quality Manager
How to integrate ISO into the daily activities of the business
Effective Objective setting
How to run a Management Review Meeting effectively
Guide to internal auditing
