Quality Manager Training Day 25th May 2011

ISO Quality Services Ltd held our first Quality Manager Training Day on Wednesday 25th May 2011 in both Cheltenham and Manchester. These courses were held by our Lead Assessors and provided guidance on:
- Principles and elements of ISO 9001
- Role of the Quality Manager
- How to integrate ISO into the daily activities of the business
- Effective Objective setting
- How to run a Management Review Meeting effectively
- Guide to internal auditing
The day was described as ‘an excellent course’ and received very positive feedback from of all those that attended- ‘I would definitely recommend (ISO Quality Services Training Days) to anyone else and would undoubtedly look at other courses provided’.
