National Apprenticeship Awards 2015 Regional Finalist

On Friday 21st August 2015, ISO Quality Services Ltd was elated to have been announced as a finalist for the National Apprenticeship Awards 2015 (West Midlands region).

Selected as a finalist in the category of SME Employer of the Year, ISO Quality Services have been invited to attend the awards ceremony which takes place on the 8th October at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Birmingham.

Just to be nominated has left the whole company understandably proud but should we win this prestigious award, we would then be put forward for the overall National Apprenticeship Awards.

This is further recognition for an apprenticeship scheme which saw ISO Quality Services named ‘Worcestershire Apprenticeship Employer of the Year 2014′.

Since their introduction, our apprentices’ (Emily Cameron, Mike Williams and Natalie Allison) have become permanent members of staff while going on to study for further qualifications with the backing of the company.

Operations Director, Jennifer Appleton was quick to praise the apprentices’ themselves,

“The success of our apprenticeship scheme is testament to our apprentices’ hard work and incredible sense of enthusiasm which has seen ISO Quality Services Ltd grow year on year since their introduction.”

Jennifer was also keen to point out that the scheme would not have become the success that it has without the support of every member staff.

Furthermore, it would only be right to highlight the whole of the team as our apprenticeship scheme would not have become the success that it has without the support of every member staff.

Creating opportunities for talented apprentices’ is something that ISO Quality Services are serious about which has led to Jennifer and ISOQSL apprentice’ Natalie being named as apprenticeship ambassadors.
