ISO QSL Finalists for Three Awards

We’re pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for three Chamber Business Awards with the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce.

On Thursday 7th July 2022, we will once again be attending the University of Worcester Arena for the annual black-tie ceremony to find out whether we’ve been crowned winners of three awards:

Employer of the Year

This award rewards organisations that demonstrate excellence in the promotion and implementation of a learning and development culture.  In addition, this year they are looking for companies that can also demonstrate commitment to the health and wellbeing of their staff and have clear projects in place supporting their local area.

Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace

This award recognises that the health and wellbeing of employees is embedded in your businesses culture, that the activities that your organisation undertakes to promote and encourage the positive health and wellbeing of your staff, and the impact of this on your employees and the wider business.

Small Business of the Year

This award will go to the company that has achieved consistent growth backed by a strong financial performance, while demonstrating a clear understanding of the markets that it operates in.

We’re also pleased to announce that we will be sponsoring the Commitment to the Community Award which will be presented by our Managing Director, Jennifer Appleton. 

This category is open to any organisation, irrespective of size or sector that can demonstrate its commitment to the community.  The organisation must show evidence that it has schemes, initiatives and policies which have maximum positive impact on local communities.  Judges will be looking for clear methods of evaluation, effects on financial performance and involvement of staff and customers.
