We have always prided ourselves on the quality of our training which is why a number of our courses are CPD Accredited.

What is CPD?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development and is the term used to describe the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities.  This could be through instructor led courses, workshops, seminars, conferences and e-learning.

Who Requires CPD?

If you’re a member of a professional body it is likely you will have CPD requirements and those within a sector that is formally regulated (such as solicitors), will require it in order to maintain their license to practice or professional qualifications.

Each professional body will have their own CPD requirements, details of which can be found on The CPD Standards Office website.

The Benefits of CPD Accreditation

CPD has a number of benefits to both employers and employees.  It will:

  1. Ensure the standards across the business are high and consistent
  2. Keep employees skills and knowledge up to date
  3. Build employee confidence and credibility
  4. Promote greater staff engagement and work commitment
  5. Allow for the sharing of best practice and support
