I joined the ISO Quality Services Ltd team in April 2015 firstly as a Client Relationship Business Administrator and then as an Account Manager. I am now the Client and Employee Care Manager responsible for all our client and employee engagement strategies.
Throughout my career thus far, I have discovered I have a real passion for people whether this be meeting clients’ needs with our certification, consultancy and training services or building new and existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. I enjoy putting new engagement strategies in place including training and mentoring the internal team. I felt a high sense of achievement when my story was featured in our successful Princess Royal Training Awards entry as I realised how far I had come.
Prior to starting my role here, I graduated from Worcester University in September 2014 with a BA Honours degree in Business Management. During this time I also worked as a customer assistant for retail giant, Tesco.
Along with spending time and socialising with my close and loved ones, I have a real passion for travelling and I love to discover new cities, countries and places I have never been to before, scratching these off my scratch map.
