I have worked in a customer service/administration role ever since leaving school where I went into a Business and Administration apprenticeship. My journey started in the Property Management sector and I was taken on as a permanent member of staff following completion of my apprenticeship and stayed at the company for 5 years. During this time, I also completed an NVQ in Customer Service. I then moved on and went to work for a Fleet Logistics company looking after the Demo and Marketing fleets for one of the big manufacturers and stayed at the company for nearly 9 years. Being an organised person like myself was key to this role.


I have been with QSL since October 2022. I started with the business as a Client Care Advisor within the account management team and I am now working in our Sales and Marketing team as a Business Development Advisor. Gaining the knowledge of the business and working with the clients as an account manager prior to moving to the Sales and Marketing team has made my transition into the role seamless.


Outside of work, spending time with my family is my priority. In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with friends, reading, keeping active and after a busy day I love to chill on the sofa with a good TV series or film and my colouring book!
