Client Services Project Manager
Having joined ISO Quality Services Ltd in 2011, I particularly enjoy my role in advising and assisting clients on any queries they may have in growing their management systems, specifically the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and BS OHSAS 18001 Standards and ensuring they get the best out of them.
Having worked in mail order and public sector organisations in the past, my career over the last 20 years has primarily been focused in the engineering and manufacturing sector. Having worked with international customer bases, I have myself operated to the early BS5750 standards and later the ISO standards. I embraced the opportunity to work for ISO QSL having experienced the benefits that these standards offer to companies and the positive effect it has on the workforce. As the management representative for the companies ISO 14001 Environmental Standard I have a particular interest in environmental issues.
Outside of work, family life keeps me busy, as does an appreciation of local live music and community spirit. I completed my NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service in 2012 followed by NVQ Level 3 in Management in January 2014.
