I came on board with ISO Quality Services Ltd in July 2013 as an apprentice. Since then I have gone on to complete a Sales and Marketing NVQ Level 2 in November 2014 .

Background

I have experience working on reception, answering calls, booking appointments and liasing with customers.  I also have a lot of experience working with animals, previously working at boarding kennels and at Brentknoll Veterinary Centre as a Consulting Assistant.

Personal

I am a very bubbly outgoing person who enjoys learning new skills and taking on new challenges.  I love to spend time with friends and family, to go shopping and going for long walks with my Dad’s dog ‘Rio’.

My specialities:

My main priority is helping the New Business Development Team, with tasks such as booking appointments, creating proposals and data lists for mailshots.  However, I also assist the rest of the team with general admin.
