Background

I joined the team at ISO Quality Services in September 2023 having previously worked in the hospitality sector and for retailer Aldi UK. I went off to university in Bristol after finishing my A-Levels to study International Business but realised during my studies that I wanted to start my career straight away, and dive into the world of business!

Throughout my academic and professional life so far, I have discovered my love for business and relationship building and have a real passion for client engagement and satisfaction.

Role

I work in the Client Services Department as a Client Care Advisor, which involves maintaining relationships with our clients and answering any ISO queries they may have. I strive to satisfy our clients and ensure there is sufficient support in place to make the certification process as smooth as possible.

I am really enjoying my time here so far, and can’t wait to continually learn about our clients, new industries and gain new skills!

Personal

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones and those close to me – socialising is something I love! Alongside going out and finding good food and drinks and going on new walks with my little dog, I have a real passion for travelling and discovering new cities, cultures and countries – I’m a real adventure lover!
