Background

Prior to joining the team at ISO Quality Services in 2023, I graduated from the University of Worcester 2022 with a BA Honours degree in Religion, Philosophy with values in Education.  During my time studying I also gained experience working in a range of hospitality and retail environments including Greene-King.

Role

I’m looking forward to developing my skills and love for customer care in this new role and learning about how a business can use ISO management systems to help them develop and grow.

Personal

I love spending time with my family and friends and exploring the UK.  I love traveling and have been very fortunate to experience lots of different cultures and some of my favourite memories are visiting family in South Africa.  I’m always with a book and a cup of tea and love transporting myself into different worlds.
