Graham Binns

Graham has returned to ISO QSL as an associate having been with us for 4 years between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, most Graham’s employment has been in the financial sector – specifically in the mortgage industry. His key skills are:

  • Motivating and influencing others as a team builder and leader
  • Negotiating at a senior level, influencing and coaching individuals to achieve a successful outcome.

Graham continues to volunteer with Bath Rugby Foundation, working with vulnerable young people to achieve academic qualifications and life skills.


Graham has recently rejoined ISO Quality Services, and has experience in assessing and implementing the following management systems:

  • ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety
  • ISO 22301 Business Continuity
  • ISO 27001 Information Security

Graham has worked with a variety of businesses and other organisations across the UK and Europe.


Graham spent 30 years in a variety of roles for Bank of Ireland (initially Bristol & West Building Society), starting as a cashier before successfully running a team responsible for Business Change and Support. He was the key negotiator between the operational side of the business and the IT Service providers ensuring the smooth running of the mortgage processing operation.
Following this, Graham has successfully run a Delicatessen business which attained the highest Food Hygiene score consistently.
In the last few years, Graham has been a senior project manager, implementing a number of key functional projects within the finance industry and most recently as a GDPR and CRM project manager for a large American owned pet medical supplier. This employment history demonstrates that Graham can be flexible, as well as having gathered a wealth of experience which he will use to support ISO QSL’s clients during implementations and audits.
