I wanted to let you know how much we have appreciated the help we have received from ISO Quality Services since we decided we wished to be certified to both improve our processes and procedures but be able to satisfy our customers that we are a professionally run company_
We have both ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 Management Standards, your company helped us with the implementation stages, helping us put together the manuals to initially get us certified and through advice and training have enabled us to provide suitable documentation and records to maintain and improve our systems.

Since we became certified our headcount has grown from 5 to over 35 worldwide so we have appreciated the understanding and help shown when our progress with documentation and records has gone a little slowly at times.

We believe that ISO certification is mandatory in the highly specialised environment in which we operate and we would be significantly disadvantaged if we did not have these processes in place. The assessment and feedback has been timely, constructive and productive.
There are always checks before and after to check that we are happy with the service, we understand what’s going on and suitable training offered or example forms to help us on our way.
