What if we're certified by a different provider?

Are there any additional fees?
Yes, this offer only covers the implementation fees. There are ongoing fees to cover:
- Unlimited support from our Client Care team
- Yearly consultancy support visits
- Annual re-certification audits
- Travel and subsistence (UK only)
- Preferential rates for additional consultancy and training
Ongoing fees vary depending on the size of your business and specific requirements. We’ll provide a bespoke quote when you claim the offer.

What does the implementation process involve?
Here’s how it works:
- Once you accept your proposal, we’ll schedule a kick start meeting with our Client Care team. They will provide an overview of next steps and the support we provide.
- Your auditor will visit you to conduct an initial assessment, identifying the work required to achieve compliance.
- We’ll prepare your Overview Document which will act as your ISO manual.
- Once compliance is achieved, we’ll present you with your ISO certification.
Our support doesn’t end there. We’ll provide ongoing support including a yearly consultancy visit which is in addition to your re-certification audit.
