My Background
I began my career with a Business Administration apprenticeship at the Heart of Worcestershire College, where I developed a strong interest in data analysis, work processes, and operational efficiency. This early experience laid the foundation for a career focused on data quality, data security and compliance.
In 2024, I graduated with a First-Class BA (Hons) Degree in Business Management and French Language from the Open University. This achievement strengthened both my strategic business insight and multilingual communication skills.
Building on this academic success, I went on to earn IRCA ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor qualifications and was subsequently promoted to ISO Lead Auditor. This role allows me to apply my expertise in ISO management systems and drive continuous improvement in compliance and quality standards.
My Role
I joined the team at ISO QSL as a Client Care Advisor in August 2021 and my favourite part of the Client Care role was meeting with my clients and supporting them with the management of their ISO systems.Â
I joined the Business Associate team in April 2025, where I continue to share my passion for supporting clients to achieve business success through their management systems in a certification and consultancy capacity.Â
I particularly enjoy learning about the products and services our clients provide, admiring the diversity in our client base and how the standard frameworks can be adopted by companies of all sizes, industries, products and services.
Life Outside of ISO QSL
Outside of work, I like to spend my time at home with my husband and three cats, either baking or crafting; I’m a foodie at heart, and I find great joy in sharing food and recipes with my friends and family. I also enjoy spending weekends throughout the year with my husband’s family at MG Midget & Sprite Challenge racing weekends, along with my Brother-in-law and fellow associate, Hugh Simpson, where I’ve become a key part of the family pit crew!
