Good Egg Awards are back! Who will you nominate this year?
The time has come to launch our much-loved Good Egg Awards. You may wonder, ‘Good Egg Awards… what’s that?’ Well…. It’s your chance to give a shout out to people around you who go above and beyond, whether that’s colleagues or clients. There are five categories to choose from: Technology Egg, Quality Egg, Support Egg, Delivery Egg, and Passion Egg.
Why does this matter? A recent survey found that 42% of UK workers feel undervalued, and over half of them are thinking about leaving in 2026. This highlights a very strong connection between undervaluation and turnover risk. Studies show that teams where recognition is a regular thing have an 87% lower risk of burnout. In short – saying ‘thank you’ really does make a difference. Â
And let’s face it – who doesn’t like feeling appreciated. When people feel appreciated, everything improves. They’re more engaged, perform better, develop stronger relationships, and simply enjoy coming to work more.
Recognising someone for their hard work doesn’t have to be complicated or costly. Even a simple ‘thank you, I really appreciate your hard work’ can make someone’s day. But what’s even better? Seeing your words of praise on a Good Egg Awards certificate, celebrating exactly what makes them amazing.

- Freely shares experience, advice, and know-how

Delivery Egg
Someone who:
- Turns obstacles into actionable solutions
- Meets and exceeds expectations
- Can easily adapt to changes or challenges
- Keeps projects moving smoothly from start to finish
- Get things done – on time, on point, every time
Technology Egg
Someone who:
- Stays ahead of the curve with new tools and tech
- Automates repetitive tasks, saving the team time and effort
- Inspires others to embrace innovation and smarter ways of working
- Champions digital transformation within the team
- Makes technology feel simple and accessible

Nominating someone is very simple – just click the button below, fill in the short form, and you’re done! It only takes a few minutes, but your nomination could make someone’s day and show them just how much they’re appreciated.
They’ll receive a personalised certificate with your kind words and a chance to win a wonderful Easter chocolate hamper! And the best part? For every nomination we receive, we’ll donate an Easter Egg to Worcester Foodbank, spreading a little extra joy this Easter.
Nominations close at 12 pm on Friday 6th March. Winners will be announced in our Awards Ceremony on Tuesday 17th March at 2 pm. Nominees and nominators will be invited to join us in celebrating the Good Eggs!
