Accreditation demonstrates our commitment to excellence

2 Oct, 2015

ISO Quality Services is pleased to announce that we are currently in the process of working towards our Worcestershire Works Well Accreditation.

The accreditation is aimed at enabling Worcestershire companies to demonstrate their commitment to creating the best possible working environment for their employees.

As a company we have already worked exceptionally hard to support every member of our team to perform to their best.

Whether it has been the organising of regular team building events, operating a flexitime system or providing a healthcare cash plan, we appreciate that a healthy workforce is a strong workforce.

The Worcestershire Works Well initiative has been developed in conjunction with:

  • Worcestershire County Council Health and Well-being team
  • Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce
  • Worcestershire Regulatory Services
  • Wellness Works
  • Sports partnership Herefordshire and Worcestershire

The accreditation has 3 levels which in turn encompass 9 ‘Standards’ that include the promoting of good health, physical activity, leadership and health and safety.

Our commitment to date has already been recognised in the form of being crowned Worcestershire Apprenticeship Employer of the Year 2014 as well as being named as a finalist for awards at the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, National Apprenticeship Awards and Midlands Family Business of the Year Awards.

This commitment to our people is also important to the continued delivering of our excellent customer service.
