We’ve been busy finding ways to boost employee wellbeing, attending events and bringing in specialist support for our team. Our two new key measures are simple to implement and have helped us increase our customer satisfaction scores to an outstanding 96%!

Our latest customer satisfaction figures will be published soon but we can reveal that our Net Promoter Score (the figure we use to benchmark our performance against large businesses) is now +75, making our service World Class.
