ISO Quality Services Ltd is an independent organization that specializes in the implementation, certification and continued auditing of ISO and BS EN Management Standards. We also offer ISO / BS consultancy, training and internal auditing.
We are one of the UK’s leading ‘total solutions’ provider and have adopted a simple and cost effective route to BS EN ISO certification. We have been established since May 2000 and work with a variety of clients including small and medium-sized enterprises up to large international companies.

By running a strict ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard itself, the company is subject to on-going auditing via an external body and is therefore always looking to achieve continuous improvement.

We understand that the implementation of an ISO standard can sometimes be viewed as a long and challenging process; however with ISO Quality Services you will achieve certification within 6-8 weeks. We work with you and the rest of your team to ensure the systems are incorporated fully into the business in the most time effective way. By ensuring we understand your organization, the way you are structured and the current systems in place we keep your business and its success at the forefront of our minds at all times.
One of the first steps in your Management System transition or implementation project is to compare your current systems to the requirements of the ISO / BS standards. A detailed action plan for the entire project is then drawn up and agreed.
We compile all relevant documentation for you. These documents are then presented and explained to you and any non-compliance remedial action is verified. You will then be presented with your ISO / BS certificate, manuals, logos and your registration number.
The Certification process takes approximately 6 weeks from initial assessment. Once certified you are provided with on-going telephone/email support. The standard is then monitored by our auditing partner, who will conduct an internal review after 6 months and the validation audit annually.
We have chosen to offer a non-accredited route to certification (Non UKAS, INAB, DAkkS, COFRAC, ANSI) which means that we are able to support you through every aspect of the process. Not all companies require this level of certification and because we are not accredited, we are an affordable route to ISO certification.
