Two awards up for grabs in the Birmingham Chamber Awards

ISO Quality Services Ltd has been short-listed this week for two awards in the annual Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Business Awards. These nominations are in the categories of Excellence in People Development and Excellence in Customer Service.
This event is intended to promote the successes and achievements of businesses in the region. There are seven awards up for grabs on the night.
Operations Director Jennifer Appleton has said, “We are very proud to have been named as short list nominations in both categories that we applied for. As a business we value both our staff and customers and to be recognised for our efforts means a great deal to the team.”
These awards will be presented on the 28th of April at the ICC (International Convention Centre) where this black tie dinner attracts individuals from a wide range of prestigious companies and business sectors.
As a growing business we are always focusing on ways to develop and improve our customer service. We are committed to our clients and ensuring that their experiences with us constantly exceed their expectations. Our employees receive regular training and this year we have continued to strengthen our Client Services team.
In addition, developing our team is another important aspect of our business. All employees have up to 4 hours of personal development a week and in 2015 we introduced job shadowing and a ‘Where do you want to be?’ scheme.
