Training, training and more training

It has been a fantastic start to the month for the team here, with two training courses being held at our offices in St Johns, Worcester, within the first two weeks of February.

On the 4^th of February 2014 we held a training course on the AS9100 Quality Management System (for the Aerospace industry); this course was held for a Herefordshire based company and was led by our Senior Trainer Malcolm Gibbs.

On the 11^th and 12^th of February we held a two day Internal Auditor Training Course, led by our Lead Assessor Graham Binns.

The course is designed to give participants guidance and competence to deliver an audit program of their internal management procedures, to ensure they are conducted in a professional and effective manner this is to ensure that the procedures they follow are:

Maintained and current

Suitable and relevant

Effective and efficient

The course went exceptionally well and thoroughly enjoyed by all involved. The course is very interactive and ensures that there is full involvement throughout with any raised issues or concerns addressed.

The course comprises of both theory with a competency test and practice through the conduct of a live audit and feedback. Also, relevant activities undertaken both on an individual and group basis to ensure variety is provided to maintain engagement with all the delegates and to enhance their involvement.
