The Importance of Company Values

15 Feb, 2019

Aleksandra Tsvetanova originally joined the ISO Quality Services Ltd team as a Client Services Account Manager. After completing her Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology, she recently re-joined the team as an Operations Assistant.

With her passion for organisational and occupational psychology, and having gained experience and understanding of the culture here at ISO QSL, her new role with the company naturally emerged.

Now you can find her researching new ideas and methods for implementing our new company values, through the means of selecting and hiring the right candidates and engaging and empowering our team to further increase engagement and retention.

Getting started

Her first key task was to help the Management Team to create and implement newly refreshed company values. Our new values are there to ensure we consistently provide high-level service, in a professional and timely manner.

These values were presented to the team and Aleks clarified their meaning to ensure everyone understood how they will support operations, help our employees in their day-to-day roles and improve the service we provide.

As our company values act as our identity, they play an important role in recruitment and retention too.

Our values help candidates see if we are a fit for them.

In addition, the values help us to recruit the right people who are a perfect fit for us.

This helps us to continue providing high quality services and improve ourselves even further.

With our customer satisfaction score already at 73%, we want continue to deliver to best for our clients.

ISO Quality Services Ltd are proud to specialise in the implementation and certification of the Internationally recognised ISO and BS EN Management Standards.
