Sizzling Staff Event at Red Hen Cookery School

Following a fantastic year, the team at ISO Quality Services were treated to a team building day at Red Hen Cookery School, a local family run business whose aim is to ‘teach people how to cook in a relaxed and hands on manner’. The menu of the day included a variety of tasty Tapas dishes comprising of Squid and Chorizo Paella, Vegetable Paella, Patata Bravas, Albondigas and Manchego Croquetas.
Richard, our Chef and Tutor for the day, provided us with a much needed lesson on how to cut an onion and pepper like a pro before taking the time to answer some of our cookery questions. The team were then split in to several groups, each tasked with preparing a different dish, which we were all able to enjoy afterwards.
The day provided a fun alternative to the traditional team building methods like the dreaded trust fall and even better, we didn’t have to do the washing up!

Our lesson with Red Hen Cookery School is just one of the many events we have attended over the past 12 months. Other events have included cake decorating and bowling as well as a variety of training sessions, to include our own courses.
