Recognise Your Good Eggs!

30 Jan, 2023

Yes, it’s that time of year again, your chance to recognise your egg-ceptional colleagues in our Good Egg Awards.

What are the Good Egg Awards?

Employee recognition plays a vital role in any company culture.  Not only does it make the individual feel egg-stra good about themselves, but it has a positive impact on your organisation in terms of employee retention, customer satisfaction, productivity, engagement and much more.

So, we hatched a plan to help organisations say thank you to their ‘Good Eggs’ with our Good Egg Awards.  It takes just a minute to nominate someone for the egg-cellent work they’ve done and by doing so, they will receive a certificate and a chance of winning a chocolate hamper.

For every nomination received, we will also donate an Easter Egg to Worcester Foodbank.

Research shows that acts of kindness like this can boost your wellbeing too so it’s a great way to help us all stay sunny side up.

Categories this year include:

  • Green Egg: Someone who encourages everyone to be more sustainable.
  • Passion Egg: Someone who is enthusiastic, positive and encouraging.
  • Deliver Egg: Someone who is reliable, consistent and loves a challenge.
  • Supporting Egg: Someone who goes the extra mile to help you and is generous with their time.
  • Wellbeing Egg: Someone who is there to listen and support you.

Don’t be a rotten egg, nominate your ‘Good Egg’ today: https://form.typeform.com/to/OOKpxbeh

Nominations close at 12 pm on Friday 24th March.  Winners will be announced in our Awards Ceremony on Thursday 30th March at 4 pm where nominees and nominators will be invited to join us in celebrating the Good Eggs.
