Our next Quality Manager Training Day is being held in Birmingham on 12th January 2012. This day is aimed at managers new to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management, or people who are looking to refresh their knowledge.
The training will be held at a Birmingham city centre location and will be charged at £395.00 plus VAT per delegate or £295 plus VAT per delegate if a company books more than one place.
The training will cover the following topics, as well as allowing for question & answer sessions on the day:
• Principles and elements of ISO 9001
• Role of the Quality Manager
• How to integrate ISO into the daily activities of the business
• Effective Objective setting
• How to run a Management Review Meeting effectively
