Our Award-Winning Week!

15 Jul, 2022

Less than a week after our win at the Worcestershire Social Media Awards, we were proud to be taking home another award, but what did we win this time?

Back in May, we were excited to announce that we had been shortlisted for three awards at the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards: Employer of the Year, Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace and Small Business of the Year.

Well, we’re excited to announce that we walked away with Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace 2022 which we missed out on last year.

Debbie Farr, HR and Facilities Director who heads our health and wellbeing programme comments: “As a family business with strong people-orientated values, we work hard to create a working environment geared towards creating happy and healthy employees. For the past few years, I have been heading up the wellbeing within the company, from achieving Worcestershire Works Well Accreditations, working with our Mental Health Nurse, improving staff benefits, supporting staff through the pandemic, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and most recently creating company Wellbeing Promises to our staff.

Winning the Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace Award at the Chamber Awards was a culmination of all the above, linked with the hard work and support from the whole team, from Director level downwards. It was wonderful to be recognised for the work that we have been doing and to share this with the wider business community. Our team at ISO QSL are amazing and we all feel incredibly proud – especially me!“

Our Award now sits proudly next to our previous Chamber awards: Excellence in Professional Services 2019 and Excellence in Customer Service 2018.  We’ve also previously been highly commended in Accomplishments in Adaptability 2020 and were awarded British Chamber of Commerce UK Business Hero in 2020.

As for Employer of the Year and Small Business of the Year.  Well, we’re hoping for third time lucky next year.

Congratulations to our clients and partners…

We were also proud sponsors of the Commitment to the Community Award, which was presented by our Managing Director, Jennifer Appleton to our clients, Central Roofing & Building Services Limited.  They also went on to win High Growth Business of the Year 2022 and were highly commended for Best Use of Technology.

We’d also like to congratulate our clients and referral partners who were also shortlisted for Awards:
