Networking is a winner in our eyes

On Friday 24^th January at the Edgbaston Cricket Ground, ISO Quality Services Limited attended the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce networking event. This type of event that the Chamber offers takes place four times a year and can attract over 150 delegates per event.

Chamber networking is a great way to meet new people and businesses, at the event in Edgbaston there were 14 companies exhibiting including ourselves. This particular event was for chamber members only and attracted a broad range of people representing all business sectors and sizes.

At the event many of the exhibitors held a business card draw where delegates are able to put there business card into a pot to win a prize, these can range to a bottle of bubbly to a trip on a vintage steam train.

Our prize for the day, was a FREE place on our Environmental Manager Training Course – the winner was Project Officer Suky Batchu from Touch Digital. ISO Quality Services have been a member at the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce for 4 years and have achieved a lot of from doing so.

Networking is not only a great way to grow and help your business progress, it is essential for strong business development. It was a very busy event nearly 200 delegates attended! There were a wide range of business that attended the event from Charities to Solicitors.
